Hi Everyone. Today we’re making this elegant Just a Note embossed card using the Encircled in Friendship Bundle. The inspiration for the background embossing came from a retired Designer Paper. I wanted a similar look to the retired DSP, without using the actual paper. The background really makes the card beautiful and the laciness of the Encircled in Beauty dies makes the sentiment stand out.

I’d like to share this quick scoring tip that will take endless frustration out of your scoring. I live in Colorado and the air here is VERY dry. This dries out my paper and leaves my stylus with static electricity. This makes my stylus “jump” or “skip” to another scoring channel on my Simply Scored Scoreboard. So frustrating!

I just wanted to log on today and give you a quick tip for cutting glitter paper of any kind. If you have ever cut glitter paper, you’ll know that it dulls your trimmer blades very quickly. This makes them too dull to use on your cardstock within one use on glitter paper.
