Hi everyone, welcome! Today we’re going to make a 3D project with Stampin’ Up!’s Sweet Songbirds Bundle. This Sweet Songbirds Treat Holder is perfect for to let a co-worker or friend know how much you appreciate them. It is just the right size to fit 1 Hershey Kiss or 2 Dove Chocolates in the little box.
Supplies
Most of the supplies in this project are from left over scraps in my craft room. You can use up your scraps as well.
- Sweet Songbirds Bundle (includes Sweet Songbirds stamp set and Bird Builder punch.)
- Glimmer Paper, Punch out 2 birds in opposite colors. You’ll use the body of one color and the wings and breast of the other.
- Soft Suede Cardstock; 3 x 3″, scored at 1″ on all 4 sides, scrap for stamping 2 nests.
- Crumb Cake Cardstock; 2 pcs 1¼ x 5/8″ for sign.
- Basic Black Cardstock, tiny scrap to punch out bird’s beak.
- Matte Black Dots for bird’s eyes.
- Soft Suede Ink Pad.
- Crumb Cake Ink Pad.
- Early Espresso Ink Pad.
- Wooden Coffee Stirrer for sign.
